Directed and coordinated the affairs of the operation wings of the LNP-comprising the Patrol, Traffic, CID, CSD, PSU, and the ERU, divisions. Drafted and implemented the Operations Agenda for Transformation in the LNP-which encompassed, 1-formulating crime reduction Strategies to address the level of lawlessness and crimes permeating in the society at the time, and 2-Strategies aimed at ensuring accountability and responsibility, with police misconducts a focus. Spearheaded the operation that arrested and prosecuted the criminal that killed peacekeepers in the Ivory Coast. Supervised strategy aim at addressing armed robbery and lawlessness in the Liberian society.

Supervise offenders placed on supervision, and investigated offender's personal and criminal history for the Court, prior to sentencing. Oversaw a case load of 778 for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the court directives. Perform any function assigned by the court with the goal of administering Justice to party litigants.

Hosted the first conference of the ECOWAS Chief of Staff and represented Liberia at several regional conferences.

Police academy trained in report writing techniques and fire-armed usage and an effective community police officer. Steered the intern government’s strategy against Armed Robbery, drug trafficking and possession; contributed to the reduction and elimination of threats post by Armed Robbers and drug traffickers. Proficient in tactical Operations and VIP protection, surveillance, and threat detection.
